With her dynamic energy, experience and structure Christine get things into action. Profoundly interested in sustainable change in organisations and professionals she consequently follows the principle „big visions in small steps“. Working with her you’ll realize that laughing makes a lot of things much easier.Since 1994 she has facilitated organisational change in organisations in Germany and Europe, especially in the wide field of the health care sector. She participates in many innovative, national international projects (e.g. Peer Review, self evaluation, leadership). Christine studied psychology, finished her doctoral theses at the medical faculty of the University of Cologne and completed several educational programs on organizational development and solution focused consulting (Fritz Simon, Ben Furman, and others). She is member of the steering committee of the Solutions in Organisations Linkup (SOL) and of the International Maturity Matrix.

Sometimes a situation may seem to be stuck. But by looking carefully, one may discover lots of opportunities for change.  Even the change that we hope for, may already be in motion. Bart is an expert in finding this change and these opportunities and also in  freeing up this energy. Because organisations change constantly, he finds it important for professionals to keep learning with fun and inspiration. This is what gives Bart inspiration in turn. Bart acts with lightness and gets to the heart of issues straight forward.

Since 1996, Bart has been training professionals, first in health care, later in lots of other areas, including education, government and profit. After fininshing his studies of medicine and psychology at the University of Utrecht, he worked for a number of consulting firms, further honing his skills as a trainer and facilitator and also studying NLP with David Shepard (London) and pioneering the application of Solution Focus in organisational and personal change in diverse settings and branches. Since 2006 he has been director of renowned bureau Impuls for Solution Focused Working, NL, and a member of the Solutions in Organisations Linkup international steering group.

Christian questions things with his open mind and is always striving for new best ways. The fact that he can not get out of his way even in the greatest chaos in a classroom and stays unimpressed focused on the process ensures a good, concentrated atmosphere. He can also spark people – no one receives as many feedback forms secretly in each class as he does.

He studied social sciences, discovered his passion for politics as a freelance radio journalist, was an office manager at the state parliament and organized election campaigns. In addition, he is committed to good food and offers vegan cuisine at one or the other festival.

Christiane can build bridges and connect people. She is convinced that solutions and goals can be reached if the ones involved meet each other in an open and unbiased manner. As a trained drama educator she enables people to make use not only of their cognitive, but also of their creative ressources.She studied German and History at the University of Cologne and the University of Sevilla, managed a family company and has many years of experience with international groups and training of multipliers. She is interested to raise awareness of non formal learning processes in trainings of professionals.
